Body Harmony Golden Cashew Cream

This whipped, golden cashew cream incorporates Body Harmony for a hint of warmth, spice, and anti-inflammatory nourishment that pairs well with a simple plate of fresh fruit.

Ingredients:
1 cup raw cashews, soaked in water at least 4 hours or overnight
1/2 cup non-dairy milk
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp + 1 tsp Body Harmony powder
Pinch unrefined salt
Fresh fruit for serving
Method:
Drain and rinse the cashews. In a high-powered blender, combine cashews, non-dairy milk, and maple syrup until smooth, pausing several times to scrape down any bits of nuts that stick to the blender sides. Add Body Harmony powder and a pinch of salt, and blend again until incorporated. Serve immediately with your favorite cut or whole fruit for dipping. Keeps 4 to 5 days in the refrigerator.
