How do you accept payment?

We accept payments via MasterCard, VISA , American Express and PayPal.

What are your shipping policies?

Free shipping on all orders $75 or more. Orders ship within three business days via UPS or USPS from Concord, CA to addresses throughout the United States. If you want us to expedite your order, please include your request in the order notes and select the appropriate shipping method at check out.

Can I make returns?

We do not take returns. It is highly recommended that you purchase a Discovery Kit if you are concerned with the compatibility of our products with your skin type. We are here to offer consultations and answer any questions to help you make the right decision for your skin.
