Why it works
Nurture the barrier first. Everything else can wait.
The key to balancing sensitive skin is to protect the barrier and remove potential irritants — harsh actives, acids, fragrance — until the skin is calm and resilient again.
Soft Power cleanses with micro-powders of banana, coconut and oat rather than surfactants or acids. Ramblin Rose puts hydration back with hyaluronic acid and panthenol. Balanced Being closes with 5% niacinamide and plum seed oil to bring redness down without suffocating the skin.
Once your skin feels healthy, you can add more. Until then, this is enough.
What you'll notice
- Less redness, less heat, less reactivity
- A comfortable, hydrated feel through the day
- A barrier that stops overreacting to weather and stress
- Room to reintroduce actives later, on your terms

-
Step twoHydrate
Press one to two pumps of Ramblin Rose over slightly damp skin.
-

Smooth a pea-sized amount of Balanced Being over face and neck. Morning: follow with a mineral SPF.
When to add more
Once redness is quiet and skin no longer stings with water, reintroduce one product at a time, a week apart. Damask Rose hydrosol is a gentle first addition.
Questions
Good to know
Is it really free of essential oils?
Yes. All three products are formulated without essential oils, and Balanced Being carries only the natural scent of plum.
Can I use it with prescription rosacea treatments?
Generally yes — it is designed to sit alongside them. Apply prescriptions first, wait a few minutes, then follow the routine. Check with your dermatologist if unsure.
Why a powder cleanser?
Powders stay inert until you add water, so they need fewer preservatives and no harsh surfactants. Soft Power also gives a gentle physical polish that acid-intolerant skin can handle.
Will it help with eczema or dermatitis?
Many people with dry, eczema-prone skin find Balanced Being calming, but it is skincare, not medicine. Patch test first and speak to your doctor about active flare-ups.
How long will the set last?
Around three months used twice daily.
What should I avoid while using it?
Exfoliating acids, retinoids, scrubs, hot water and fragranced products — until the skin is calm.
