Why it works
Skin is the last organ to get fed. Feed it first.
Nutrients go to the vital organs before they ever reach the skin, so what you eat has to be dense enough to make it all the way out.
Make Me Whole starts with chlorella and spirulina, freshwater algae that are among the most nutrient-complete foods on earth — protein, essential fatty acids, iron, B vitamins. Goji, acai and camu camu bring vitamin C for collagen synthesis and immune support; cacao and carob make it taste like something you want to drink.
What you'll notice
- More even energy through the morning
- Skin that looks better fed within a few weeks
- Fewer cravings — it is filling
- A smoothie that is actually a meal

Questions
Good to know
Is it a complete protein?
Yes. Chlorella and spirulina between them supply all nine essential amino acids.
How much protein per serving?
Around 5g per spoonful — a nutrient boost rather than a bodybuilding shake. Add nut butter or yogurt for more.
Does it taste like algae?
Cacao and carob do most of the talking. Expect earthy chocolate with a berry note, not pond.
Can I take it with the other blends?
Absolutely — many people blend it with Genmai Chai in the morning and drink Body Harmony at night.
Is it safe in pregnancy?
It is whole food, but check with your doctor before adding any supplement while pregnant or nursing.
