What it does
Sometimes fewer ingredients is the point.
A hydrosol is what remains when you steam-distil a plant — the aromatic water, carrying the plant’s own compounds. There is nothing else in the bottle.
Damask rose brings lightweight botanical hydration and comfort to skin that feels warm, tight or overstimulated. It also does something practical: it leaves skin damp, which is exactly the state hyaluronic acid and essences want to go onto.
What you’ll notice
- Skin feels settled rather than stimulated
- A dewy base for whatever goes on next
- Comfort after exfoliation or a warm day
- A genuine moment in the routine
How to use
Three ways, none of them complicated.
Mist directly onto the skin after cleansing or between steps. Apply what comes next while the skin is still damp — that is when it does the most good.
- After cleansing
Mist
Spray directly onto the face and let it sit. Apply your next step while skin is still damp.
- When skin is warm
Compress
Saturate a cotton round and press it gently onto the skin after exfoliation, or on a hot day.
- Any time
Refresh
Over makeup, at a desk, on a flight. It is hard to overuse.
Founder note
A note from Tami
“I love formulas that prove you don’t always need more ingredients to create a beautiful experience.
These pure botanical hydrosols are simple, aromatic and incredibly versatile. I use them throughout a facial to hydrate, refresh and add another layer of botanical support without overcomplicating the skin.”

Questions
Good to know
What is a hydrosol?
The aromatic water left after steam-distilling a plant. It carries the plant’s own water-soluble compounds — gentler than an essential oil, and used undiluted.
Is it the same as a toner?
It does the hydrating, settling part of what a toner does, without any of the astringents or alcohol. Think of it as water with a purpose.
Which hydrosol should I choose?
Damask Rose for dry, sensitive or reactive skin. Lemon Balm + Neroli for combination, oil-prone or congested skin.
Can I use it over makeup?
Yes. A light mist refreshes without disturbing what is underneath.
Does it need to go in the fridge?
It doesn’t need to — but a cold mist on a warm day is one of life’s small pleasures.
