What it does
A hydration layer with some personality.
Hyaluronic acid is one of the most functional ingredients in skincare, and most hyaluronic serums are built on water and very little else.
Ramblin Rose puts pomegranate juice and distilled rose and neroli hydrosols where the water would normally be. It hydrates just as well, layers just as easily, and actually smells of something.
What you’ll notice
- Skin feels quenched rather than coated
- A smoother, plumper-looking complexion
- Nothing pills under what goes on next
- Comfortable hydration for oily skin too
- A soft floral-citrus moment, from real hydrosols
The formula
Built on juice and hydrosols, not water.
The second formula Tami ever made, and still in the line more than ten years later. The change she made was simple: replace the water with something that earns its place.
Dual-Weight Hyaluronic Acid
Two molecular weights, doing two jobs — layered hydration that sits at different depths rather than all on the surface, for a smoother, plumper-looking complexion.
Panthenol (Vitamin B5)
Attracts and retains moisture while supporting barrier comfort.
Pomegranate Juice
Antioxidant support, and a conditioning base that does more than plain water would.
Rose + Neroli Hydrosols
Distilled botanical waters that hydrate and refresh — and give the serum its soft aromatic quality without any added fragrance.
How to use
Damp skin, then seal.
Apply 1–2 pumps to slightly damp skin after cleansing, then follow with serum, face oil or moisturizer according to what your skin needs.
-
Step oneLeave skin damp
Apply to slightly damp skin after cleansing. Hyaluronic acid works best when there is water for it to hold.
-
Step twoPress in 1–2 pumps
Over face, neck and décolleté. It absorbs in seconds.
-
Step threeSeal it
Follow with serum, face oil or moisturizer, depending on what the skin needs that day.
Founder note
A note from Tami
“This was the second formula I ever created, and she has been around for over ten years.
At the time I felt like most hyaluronic acid serums were a little boring. Hyaluronic acid is such a functional ingredient, but I wanted the formula around it to have more personality and feel more connected to herbalism — so I used pomegranate juice with distilled rose and neroli instead of water.
For me, Ramblin Rose was proof that even a simple hydration serum could have a little more soul.”

Questions
Good to know
Why apply it to damp skin?
Hyaluronic acid holds water. Applying to slightly damp skin gives it something to hold on to, and then a moisturizer or oil on top keeps it there.
What does dual-weight mean?
Two molecular weights of hyaluronic acid rather than one, so hydration sits at more than one level instead of all on the surface.
My skin is oily. Do I need this?
Often yes. Oily and acne-prone skin can still be dehydrated, and a light water serum adds moisture without adding oil.
Will it pill under my other products?
It was formulated specifically not to. It layers under active serums, moisturizers and face oils.
Is the scent added fragrance?
No. It comes from the distilled rose and neroli hydrosols in the formula itself.
Morning or evening?
Both. It suits daily use at either end of the day, and whenever skin feels tight.
