- Barrier protective. Clinically corrective.
- Traditional herbalism. Modern actives.
- Formulated + made in-house in California.
How to use
-
Prep
Cleanse, then press three or four drops of Freedom Fighter over face and neck so the stone glides.
-
Open the neck
Long strokes down the sides of the neck with the U-shaped edge, five times each side, to clear the way for drainage.
-
Jaw and cheeks
Hold the stone almost flat. Chin to ear along the jaw; nose to temple across the cheek. Five slow strokes, finishing each with a gentle wiggle at the hairline.
-
Brow, eyes and forehead
The combed edge from brow to hairline; the small curve under the eye, very lightly, outward. Finish with a few strokes back down the neck.
Pressure
Light enough that the skin does not redden more than a soft flush. Gua sha is slow and patient, not vigorous.
Good to know
What comes in the box?
The stone, a felt protective case, a 5 ml sample of Freedom Fighter Antioxidant Face Oil and a link to our video tutorial.
Which edge does what?
Use the curved edges around the jaw and cheekbones. The combed and raked edges offer different contact surfaces; keep pressure light.
How often?
Two or three times a week is plenty. Consistency matters more than length — five minutes done regularly beats a long session once a month.
Will my stone look exactly like the photo?
Natural variations in color and veining make each white jade stone unique.
Can I use it with actives?
Skip gua sha on nights you use Moment of Clarity or a retinoid. Over a plain oil is ideal.
