Plum Seed Oil

How to use
-
A thin layer
DaytimeApply to clean skin after your serums. Enough to feel comfortable, not enough to sit on the surface.
-
A richer layer
NightUse more generously when skin feels depleted or compromised. This is when the ceramides have time to work.
-
Build a base first
Before activesUse it on its own for a week or two before introducing a new retinoid or acid. Strong actives go better onto a barrier that is already steady.
From Tami
The line needed a dedicated barrier cream, so I built it around the lipids the barrier is made of: ceramides, cholesterol, and fatty acids, plus 4% niacinamide to help with redness. This is the moisturizer for skin that is acne-prone, reactive, or simply needs help getting back to baseline. She has a soft, custard-like scent and never feels heavy.

Good to know
Does it contain essential oils?
No. The marzipan and vanilla notes come from plum seed oil and vanilla extract.
What can I layer underneath it?
Ramblin Rose or Milk + Tansy adds lightweight hydration before your finishing cream.
What makes it a barrier cream?
It combines ceramides NP, AP and EOP with cholesterol, phytosphingosine and nourishing plum seed oil to replenish the lipids that help skin hold onto moisture.
